Lyford Cay is about 10 minutes from the airport in Nassau, Bahamas.  If you are coming from New York, JetBlue and Delta offer direct flights.  If you need to connect, Atlanta and Miami have pretty regular options.

When you get to Nassau, the customs process shouldn’t be too bad that time of year. For a discounted service fee ($65 plus VAT) you can skip the customs and immigration line.  If this interests you, please contact Kelli Rolle-Adderley at VIP Services Fast Track Program (kadderley@nfsbahamas.com).  She will explain what they offer.  FYI - she will need the  following information from you:

 

• Name(s) and age(s) of traveler(s)

• Service requested (arrival and/or departure)

• Itinerary reflecting

  • Date(s) of arrival and/or departure 

  • Airline name and flight number

• If requesting a departure service, they require the picture page of the passport document.

  • For those re-entering the US, you clear customs in Nassau, so the departure service expedites the Security Line, which can be painful down there.
